Is the product a mushroom powder or an extract? Does it come from Fruit body or mycelium?
We only use fruit body and supply mushroom powder & Extract both. Mushroom powder is less potent than a concentrated extract. Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners will boil herbs for long periods of time to extract the medicinal compounds. A hot water extract is a very simple and effective way to concentrate mushrooms and at the same time make them more bio-available.
Is the price posted on the website the exact price?
The price we post on the website is just simple EXW price without any other costs. For example, Item A price is US$1~US$2.5 based on MOQ 200pcs, so it means that EXW price is US$2.5 based on MOQ. Mass production of big quantities can get the best EXW price.
Can you do private logo or brand name on the product?
Yes, it's highly welcomed, this is also one of our advantages. We can customize logo based on MOQ 500pcs. Customization ways include: sticking label, customizing color box, mixed packing, or even opening a new mould to develop a new design.
What are the payment terms?
We can accept TT, Trade Insurance Order Online (subject to 3% handling charge), Western Union, Paypal (subject to 4.4% handling charge), LC (Order amount needs to be US$30000+), Money Gram.
