Yes. In addition to receiving detailed inspection photos and videos, you are welcome to visit the factory to personally inspect the completed machinery.
Q3 Do you provide overseas installation support?
Yes, installation engineers can be sent to your facility to assist with installation and testing. The customer is responsible for providing round-trip airfare, accommodation, and an engineer salary of 200 USD per day.

All materials used come with certified documentation. Prior to leaving the facility, every piece of equipment undergoes a comprehensive quality assurance inspection to guarantee it complies with all technical specifications.
Q5 What is the typical shipment schedule?
Photographs of the loading process will be sent to you as the order is packed. The container typically departs the port 3-4 days after loading. A bill of lading (including container tracking numbers) along with the final statement of account will follow within one week.

An Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) notice will be sent 10 days before delivery. The delivery service will contact you 48 hours prior to schedule a time. If delivery must be delayed, a pull fee of approximately $100 and a container storage fee of approximately $150 per day will apply.
